• Remote Unlock Code Services
  If the order you have placed with us has not commenced then, and only in this case, cancellation of the order can be considered. Refund requests made during the processing phase of the order and thereafter, shall not be considered.
  
  Refunds on orders priced at less than $90.00, are made after a deduction of $5.00 for processing and handling, except for Motorola remote unlocking. On orders priced at $90.00 or more, refunds are made after a deduction of $10.00 for processing and handling. In case of a HARDLOCK, refunds are made after deduction of $10.00 for processing and handling as processing fee.
  
  In the event of technical failures such as mail servers failures, server maintenance, etc., delays to your service order may take place. Under such circumstances, GSMLOCKER.COM shall not be held responsible or implicated in any respect.
  
  Unlock codes issued by us for phones that turn out to be barred or blacklisted, are not eligible for refunds. A barred phone signifies a stolen mobile phone or a mobile phone that was reported ‘lost’ by his owner.
  

• MOTOROLA Remote Unlock Code Services
  Order cancellations, made within the first 4 hours after placing the order, will be accepted after a deduction of $10.00 as processing and handling fees.
  
  NO REFUNDS or cancellations are allowed after 4 hours of order confirmation.
  
  HARDLOCK phones are subject to deduction of $15.00 as service charge.

• Shipping Services
  1.1 When the phone needs to be shipped by the customer:
  Order cancellation can be made prior to shipping of the phone. Refunds in such cases are made after deduction of $5.00 for processing charges.
  
  1.2 When GSMLOCKER.COM ships the requisite cable to the customer:
  Order cancellation can be made prior to shipping of the cable.
  
  Refunds on orders priced at less than $90.00, are made after deduction of $5.00 for processing and handling. On orders priced at $90.00 or more, refunds are made after deduction of $10.00 for processing and handling.
  
  If the cable is found to be defective, a replacement will be provided, if the damaged original is sent back within 7 days after receipt of shipment. Once the cable is received in proper condition, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge.
  
  Shipment cost of any returns is the customer's responsibility (except for defective cables).
  

• Intangible Products
  Downloadable products/software(s) purchased are NOT refundable. Order cancellations for unlock software orders shall not be entertained. However, extra logins for software(s) may be provided on a charge-able basis. All authorized refunds will be issued and credited within 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
  

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges
All fraudulent Credit Card charges are investigated by our Technical and Legal departments. Please note that we record all Host IP Addresses during transactions and any fraudulent action shall be reported to relevant authorities.
